Jim is the founder of Creative Solutions. His mission is to facilitate the search for pools of profit in virtual worlds, specifically Second Life.

Creative Solutions assist individuals, solopreneurs, and small businesses to discover if they should be using a virtual world in their business.

Creative Solutions has partnered with Imagilearning to provide a range of services to assist individuals, solopreneurs, educators, and businesses in their search for the pools of profit in the virtual worlds.

Jim's passion and expertise centered around learning and performance improvement. His experience includes 17 years in training and performance improvement, and over 25 years in the power generation industry.  He is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and earned the Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation. In addition, Jim is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and earned their highest professional certification: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jim spent six years in the Navy aboard nuclear submarines.

Mass Collaboration Changes More Than I Realized

I ran across a discussion on this site post  that got me thinking.

It was about the book Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything.

Changes EVERYTHING? Maybe not everything, but certainly a lot. Even Humor has changed with the computer age: Q. Why aren't there any elevators in a video game factory? A. It makes it too easy to get to the next level.

The purpose of this post is to spark your thinking about Mass Colloboration.  I bet you use more mass collaboration than you think.  I was surprised.
